Pentagram Black Book unboxing

Today I got my copy of the Pentagram Black Book, which made its way around the blogosphere a few weeks ago. I, being not that important, only received one because I was quick enough to email in and request one. Lucky me!
Plain brown cardboard, perfectly sufficient. And not in a huge box like Amazon.

Gigantic Earbuds

Call it a spoof or call it an homage, but the new desktop speakers from Fred electronics are basically oversized earbuds in the style of an iPod.

Man With the Golden iPhone

If your Rolex is looking a bit dull, you might want to consider a 24 carat gold iPhone, soon to be available for consumers geeks with more distinguished taste. Apparently, a company called GoldStriker is responsible for this. And according to the article from Pocket-Lint, there is already a gold MacBook and iPod Shuffle. Oy.

Baby’s First Brands

My blog-pal Tina is the mother of a one-year-old. Alas, I am not. So my commentary on this new child puzzle with shapes of some of the most famous brand icons is a little less endearing. (her post)
Now, as much as I love a brand achieving cult status, I dunno how much I like the [...]
