New Work: The Art Studio

Identity for an artist studio and workshop center. The Art Studio is a functional artists studio run by Katerina Siskou, a painter, and mixed-media artist based in Cyprus. The Art Studio offers lessons for local citizens interested in recreation through art. However, in recent economic times, enrollment is down, and therefore The Art Studio is shifting focus toward a more collaborative space for professional artists.
The Challenge was to create a distinct, recognisable logo, which will help enrollment rebound, in spite of a troubled economy. The result is versatile enough to appear on various media, and whimsical enough to portray creativity and artistic craft.
