Design at the South Pole

After watching the Oscar-nominated documentary Encounters at the End of the World, I thought it fitting to highlight one of the most underrated design arenas on the planet: the South Pole markers.
Turns out that every year, a new Pole marker is erected and the previous one is retired. It’s kinda like the All-Star game for professional sports, in that regard.
