100 Years of the Roundel
// 10 October 2008, 10:08

As much as New Yorkers love the coloured dots and black signs of the Subway, Londoners love the Tube. The marker of the Tube is of course the Roundel, that little widget consisting of a red circle and blue rectangle.
The Roundel is now 100 years old, so Art on the Underground, has commissioned contemporary artists to celebrate the colours and shapes of the London Underground. The results are awesome.
