I Met The Walrus

I stumbled across this and it blew my mind.

The following is an animation to accompany a recorded [audio] interview with John Lennon, from 1969. A young Canadian sneaked into John’s hotel room in Toronto and quizzed him on the subject of Peace. The results are puzzlingly profound, but which make for a gorgeous journey of animated goodness.

Kudos to the creaters on their use of typography, graphics, timing, balance, and the overall ability to take words and attach meaningful pictures. This makes me smile with jealousy.

This video, while brilliant in it’s own regard, does remind me of stuff I’ve seen before such as:
